The
summer nearly gone and what have i done, where have I been?
We spent two weeks in the beautiful area of Cadiz. We were soaked in sunshine. We relaxed in a beautiful villa, with a pool. I did not want to come home.

Chichester has most definately been the hilite of our week off school. We road tripped down to Chi, quite early on Sunday and slobbed out at the House of Sven, with the wonderful Steve & Carla. What a culture shock to poor Carla & Steve. Their beautiful ordered home ransacked and temporarily anihilated with toys, Wii games, and teen bodies stre
wn across the floor. Steve smelled like a fish head after he asked ellut to kick the bouy onto his head.

We are indeed a scary family. When the six of us go out together , we are a force to be battled. Shopping - we can fill a shop, walking when arm in arm we take up a pathway, more if we stretch out! What fun times. This school holiday we have stormed places of interest, family places, shopping centres, garden centres, DIY Shops and small fishy shops. It was during a time filling wander towards the end of last week. We stumbled our way into the pet store for Jonas desired to look at the bunnies. Aaaaaahhhh! lots of baby ones. There huddled in the corner was one very similar to our first rabbit called Parsnip. Parsnip was a stud, he fathered many children but came to a sad premature death because he suffered with skull displasure. With the fond memories flooding back - the children squealed with expectant delight.... they all wanted a bunny.

Today, we decided we would go out for the day. The last four weekends we have been house bound, waiting and juggling free time, in between the boys attending a dance residency. Last night the four of us cheered and whooped in true Trundle/Cooke style. Biased, but they were the best boys group of the evening. Wollaston school by far shone... oh Lili's choreography was typical Lili style and also excellent.
We were going to visit the farm but we were all exhausted and Andrew had got up to do the breakfast routine for JPJ and I had fallen back to sleep until 09:23! Awesome. By the time we had mooched around and breakfasted. A change of plan was called for.

It was a lovely bright day this morning, the birds were noisy from 4:20 this morning, shortly follwed by Bubble. We tried to delay venturing into the day too early. Pressed by Bubble needing breakfast. Why cant toddlers tell it is the weekend?
We had to be out by 09:15 this morning for a family check up with the Optometrist.

Why do illnesses sometimes drag on. The flu type thing I had after Christmas. Then a chest infection called for anti biotics. And all the delights that ladies suffer when we ingest such things! Having recovered from that. I am now back on anti biotics, for one week. There was I thinking I was sufferring from sleep illness like Narcolepsy. As soon as the children are in bed I have not been able to hold a coherent conversation. In fact I have fallen asleep. Last night I woke up to drink half a cup of hot water and fell asleep again. It was only 9p.m.

I cannot remember the last time we had sufficient snow to build a snowman and play proper snowballs. It has snowed sufficiently and it remained long enough for us to have lots of fun.
Check out our snowman that took hours of fun.

It has been a wonderful Christmas. Jonas has been delightful, this is the first year where he appreciated ripping open pressies. He insisted, as it was Jesus birthday Jesus wanted a birthday cake from Sainsbury's. He chose the caterpillar one.
Reputedly, the festive time is a time where families fall out and have arguments. We have all enjoyed the chilled out lifestyle, lazy mornings, duvet afternoons watching dvds.
